Your First Visit

We also want to take plenty of time to talk to you and learn about your needs, allowing us to deliver truly patient-centered care. Of course, we also respect your time, so we strive to be efficient. We pride ourselves on keeping our patient's appointments on-time.
Online Forms

Dental Insurance
Our office works with many different PPO insurance providers to ensure coverage for our patients. We are more than happy to file claims and expedite the reimbursement process to help you afford your dental care. To help us do this, we recommend giving us a call with your policy information ahead of your dental appointment. This way, we can verify your benefits before you even step through the door!
Dental Wellness Plan
For patients without insurance, we recommend our in-office Dental Wellness Plan. For a reasonable annual fee, you are provided with 2 preventive visits each year. This includes 2 cleanings, all necessary X-rays, and fluoride treatments. You also benefit from a 15% discount on all general dental procedures. Our Dental Wellness Plan is an excellent value, signing up is easy, and you can start using your benefits right away!
Financing
If you don’t wish to pay for the entirety of your care upfront, you may be eligible for third-party financing through CareCredit. CareCredit is a lender that specializes in low- and no-interest payment plans for dental and medical services. The application process takes just a few minutes, and most patients are quickly approved for a budget-friendly payment arrangement.
